In under a year, he helped increase AI adoption from 15% to more than 90% across 1,700 employees worldwide. He has 20 years of L&D experience across three continents and previously led AI upskilling efforts for more than 115,000 employees at Publicis Groupe. His work focuses on behavior change and performance impact rather than tool training alone.
